Most of these are common tools you will find in yard sales.

Most of them I've found in the dump.

If you 'inherited' them how can you get ripped off?

Braces usually have little resell value. Exceptions can be braces that were includex in stocked factory tool chests, or, ones that have unusual patent features. I don't believe that brace fits either bill.
