Looks like a cross between the Sargent 5306 and the Stanley 18. Interesting!

Thank you.  This is the same as the Union #15-5/8 (nickel plated) and the #15 (japanned) with the exception of the knuckle joint. It is 7" long and has a 1-3/4" iron
